WHO WE ARE
We are an expert clinical psychology service offering evidence based psychological approaches to couples and individuals. We are a husband and wife team with over 30 years of clinical experience.
COUPLES
We offer a truly unique service to the couples we work with. Not only do we work together as a husband and wife but we both work as full time Consultant Clinical Psychologists specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, Addiction, ADHD, ASD, cognitive and neurological rehabilitation and difficulties with adjustment after a brain injury. Here we combine our extensive clinical experience to treat common mental health difficulties, trauma, addiction and neurological/developmental conditions within the couples and family work.
INDIVIDUALS
Dr Yasmine Precious is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Expert in Neurological Rehabilitation, Brain Injury and working with Adults with neurodiversity. She has been trained and supervised by the world leading expert Professor Tony Attwood. She offers ASD diagnostic assessment and therapy for Adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. Offering Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Third wave CBT, Personal Construct Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.
Couples Therapy Clinics
We run evening and weekend couples therapy clinics to work around the busy lives of our couples.
Couples Retreats
We will be offering a "Couples Retreat" in 2024 based on the Gottman Art and Science of Love.
Weekend Couples Coaching Workshops
We offer one day coaching workshops based on the Seven Principles "Gottman Method".
